Welcome to Broadland Cottages. We are family owned and specialise in offering high quality self-catering holiday cottages on the Norfolk Broads.
Our cottage is located in one of the most desirable locations on the Norfolk Broads. Horning is the ideal base to explore the rest of the waterways; and close to Wroxham (also known as 'The Centre of the Broads')
Our property has waterside frontages with its own private mooring for either fishing or mooring a small day boat.
Our houses are a home from home and we endeavour to provide you with all you need for a pleasurable and relaxing holiday

Take a day boat from one of the many boatyards in the village and explore over 125 miles of navigable waterway.
There are plenty of riverside villages, pubs and restaurants within easy reach. What better way than to be able to tie up on a mooring and enjoy a lunch or dinner by the riverside.
With a speed limit of 4mph - 5mph on most of the rivers, what better way than to relax and take in the sites and sounds of this Unique National Park.
The Broads is now even easier to get to – the only national park in East Anglia is less than two hours from London by road or rail.

The Broads is magical in autumn and winter, quiet and wild but with plenty to see and do. Spot rare wintering birds, go stargazing,
meander peaceful rivers and paths, fit in a visit to medieval Norwich or get cosy by a crackling pub fireplace.
The Norfolk Broads is home to a wide variety of fish. Bream, Eel, Pike, Rudd are just some of the species that can be found in this area. Fish from the decking at the side and rear of the property and relax.
*The Course fishing season runs from 16 June to 14th March and all you need is a current Environment Agency Licence which is available from most Post Offices.
There is an abundance of wildlife to watch and see including herons, kingfishers, marsh Harriers. The reed beds are home to the birds in Norfolk Broads including booming bitterns and bearded tits
Norfolk is a birdwatchers' paradise and a wonderful place for children to begin to learn about their feathered friends
